Black & White
White is the blending of all colours, it is the extreme end of the visual spectrum, it is light. Black is the absence of color, it is nothing at all. Black & white are the extremes, in between everything (white) and nothing at all (black) lay all tones, shadows and highlights. By avoiding colour in its primal sense, I allow myself to dive into a whole world of sensitivities that enhance the material used, its depth, lights and shadows, and the mystery and memories behind it.
